Eliminate the time patients spend filling out a new history every year, and the time it takes to enter the information. The MRS Worksheet Printing Option streamlines patient history data.
The patient need only fill out their history once. Then, it’s a part of the MRS database. The Worksheet Printing Option allows you to print that history onto a worksheet, where patients can review the demographic information, risk factors and surgical history. If there are any changes they can simply mark them on the worksheet instead of filling out a blank form year after year. This cuts down on data entry time since only the changes need to be entered into the MRS database.
Printed worksheets include up to 3 prior studies, making it easier to record comparisons. A barcode patient identifier can also be printed right onto the worksheet. This saves time searching for a patient record. Simply scan the barcode and the correct patient record automatically opens in MRS.
The Worksheet Printing Option can print mammogram, and aspiration/biopsy/pathology worksheets as well as other imaging procedures. Plus, you can design those worksheets to best fit your needs.
All worksheets can be printed automatically if your MRS system is interfaced with a RIS/HIS.
