Standard Users Course
Designed for an MRS Data Entry User or Technologist who needs to learn how to enter data, print letters and generate reports.

Extended Users Course
Designed for the Extended User who needs to know everything about data entry, printing letters and reports, resolving problem cases and generating statistical reports.

Super Users Course
Designed for the MRS Super User who needs to know everything about data entry, printing letters and reports, resolving problem cases, customizing documents and generating statistical reports.

MRS Administrators Course
Designed for the MRS User/Administrator who needs to know everything about installing and upgrading MRS. That includes data entry, customizing documents, printing correspondence and statistical reports. You'll also learn how to troubleshoot the system and support an interface.
