People -  SMaRT™ is one of the most advanced scheduling modules in the breast imaging industry.  It automatically populates patient information from MRS, but can also be used with any system on the market today.  To schedule, click on the patient's name and desired procedure.  SMaRT™ automatically finds the dates and times when all of the resources align, making it virtually a one step scheduler.  SMaRT™ also has the capacity to keep staff schedules, certifications and continuing education credits on the matrix, ensuring you'll never have an appointment without the a staff member to handle it.

Places - Just like people, you can put any place in your practice in the SMaRT™ matrix.  In breast imaging, it's most often used to schedule changing rooms, exam rooms and consultation areas.  For easy room monitoring, the daily schedule for each room can be run whenever you need.  Plus, SMaRT™ ensures that you never have to patients scheduled for the same place at the same time.

Things - Every resource in your practice can be entered into SMaRT™, from digital imaging machines all the way down to biopsy needles.  Every item in your practice will not only be part of the matrix to assure that the available resources are always available for every procedure, but SMaRT™ also tracks those resources, letting administrators know the rate each resource is being used and for which procedures, making expense tracking virtually effortless.
