Paperless Patient History

Patients enter their own patient history directly into the system.

Fast - Our studies find that using Quest™ takes less than half of the time for a patient to communicate history and current concerns.  Once a patient is in the MRS system, their history is automatically on file so a patient never has to enter the same information, appointment after appointment, as they have to with any worksheet method.  All they have to do is update it, marking any changes on the easy to use digital tablet.  Once they enter their updates into the digital tablet, the information populates automatically into MRS. 

Accurate - All of the information is being entered directly by the patient, so there is no chance of data entry errors by staff who would normally put the information into MRS.   Also, patients already in the MRS system can review their past history entries and correct any information that may need to be changed.
