QA Plus System

The QAPlus system is the cost effective solution to meet the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).  QAPlus tracks patient results and follow ups, generates lay-language patient letters, and puts together medical audits and practice management reports.

QA Plus System features:

  1. Records radiologist’s assessment and recommendation for findings.
  2. Automatically generates patient result letters for each case based on the Radiologist's assessment/recommendation.
  3. Recall and reminder system notifies patients in need of follow up care by generating letters.
  4. Problem Case Follow Up generates letters to patient and/or clinician if patient does not return for follow up care.
  5. Tracks patient complaints.
  6. Progress Notes document communications with patient and clinician and are preserved in the patient's permanent record.
  7. Statistical reporting system generates medical audits and practice management reports
  8. Auto log-off and an Audit Trail logs all records edited and viewed to achieve HIPAA
    9. compliance.
  9. Tracks staff’s continuing education.
  10. Collects information on all breast related procedures including biopsies and breast MRI's.

  2. Print-to-Mail option that prints patient letters directly onto sealed forms.
  3. Send information to scheduling, billing, radiology or hospital information systems using Uni-directional HL7 interface.
