The MRS System automatically tracks cases, generating patient result and recall letters for you to quickly and easily print. Every added note and printed document becomes part of the patient's permanent history. Keeping the patient front and center with our unresolved problem case list gives staff a simple and easy-to-read report to ensure that patients don't slip through the cracks.
Its flexible for radiologists.
From our One-Touch Negative Reporting and template system to traditional dictation, the Radiologists have flexibility in their workflow. Interfacing with Digital Reading workstations allows synchronization with digital images. MRS allows Radiologists to use voice recognition systems to enter results limiting potential transcription errors. Transcriptionists are also able to transcribe Radiologists' findings using our sentence builders and Hot Keys. For maximum efficiency, no matter what your workflow, Radiologists can electronically sign the procedure results in either MRS or in your RIS/HIS.
It cuts down on office work.
From a staff point of view, MRS can reduce the amount of time spent entering patient history, physical findings and film views. By using MRSQuest or Worksheet Printing the patients can review and edit their history in a user-friendly format. Prior studies can be defaulted to maximize efficiency. An automatically selected lay-language patient result letter is generated for each case based on the Radiologist's assessment/recommendation(s). Quality assurance and practice management reports are available to provide information needed to assist with meeting MQSA requirements.
Statistical Reports & Exports.
MRS generates medical audits and statistical reports with just a few clicks of a mouse. Our software will also export data to the ACR's National Mammography Database and the NCI's Breast Cancer Surveillance Consortium, and in supports the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC) quality initiative.
HIPAA Compliance.
MRS is designed to assist your facility with HIPAA compliance. This is accomplished with strong passwords, auto log off capability and an audit trail of all records edited and viewed. The System Administrator controls who sees patient records and who can change data by individual users. Plus, you can ensure there’s never an open record by activating the automatic logoff functions.
Installation and Support
MRS offers on-site applications training for your staff that will be using the MRS system, and trainees can even earn CE credits. After it’s been installed and staffers have been trained, we’ve got a Support Department hotline, where trained technicians can answer any questions that might arise, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
